Cool Zone Kids Club

Located in the Al Waha Hotel in the heart of the resort, Cool Zone provides air-conditioned indoor and outdoor play areas, both under trained supervision.

Children up to the age of eight years old are welcome to enter Cool Zone. Children under the age of four years old should be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Saturday to Wednesday – 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Thursday & Friday – 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Adventure Zone

The Adventure Zone is an exciting family entertainment venue for all thrill seekers. It features a variety of modular play areas including Over Under Hurdles, Swing Over Net, drop slides, a climbing wall, PS3s, computers with Wi-Fi access and soft play areas. In addition, three drop slides including the 6.5-metre Demon Drop Slide provide fun and adventure for all. 

The Adventure Zone is located in the Al Mazaar Souk adjacent to the Omani Heritage Village. 

Thursday to Saturday - 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Dress Code: 

• Socks must be worn when on the play equipment 
• Long-sleeved shirts must be worn when using any of the drop slides 
• No wet clothes or swimming suits are allowed in the play areas 

Age Group:

Children below four years old should be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.

Children's Pool

The children's pool, open from 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., is located beside the Circles pool bar, at Al Bandar Hotel, and next to Assira pool bar, at Al Waha Hotel.

Lazy River

Meander your way between Al Waha and Al Bandar and back again, on inflatable tubes along the Lazy River. Inspired by the centuries-old falaj system that brought fresh water to remote Omani villages, the Lazy River is open daily from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.  

Activities for Children

Children love our fun activities such as Loom Band Making, Make a "Minion" and Henna Painting. We also offer a variety of fun games to keep our junior guests engaged. In addition, an animated children's movie is shown everyday in Cool Zone, at 12:00 p.m. Please contact the Cool Zone team for the activities schedule.

Splashpad

Located on the headland at the Al Waha hotel, Splashpad is an aquatic play area for the whole family with a combination of water features including light mists, touch sensitive sprays and projection jets. Splashpad is open daily, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

GameZ

Located in Al Mazaar Souk, GameZ is a game room where the entire family can play billiards, snooker, air hockey, electronic darts and video games. GameZ is open Tuesday through Saturday, 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Mini Golf

Enjoy the sea breeze while riding a camel or pony from Bait Al Bahr to Al Bandar.

3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. - Winter months (October to March) 

4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. – Summer months (April to September)

Adult Only Areas 

To protect the safety of small children and provide a relaxed atmosphere for adults, certain areas of the resort such as the in-hotel bars and CHI, The Spa are reserved for adults only.
