We recommend using only airport taxi services, which can be found in front of the departure area.
The fare for a one-way trip from the airport to the hotel is around IDR 160,000. The cost of a one-way trip from Pasar Turi or Gubeng Railway Station to the hotel is around IDR 110,000. The journey lasts about 30 minutes.

- From the airport, head west, follow the signs for the Toll Freeway.
- At the end of the freeway, you will reach the Darmo Satelit area. Continue on the main street to Jalan May. Jend. Sungkono, where Shangri-La Hotel, Surabaya, is located.
